Isabelle and Erick Mermet warmly invite you to their inn at the heart of their farm. Here, you'll enjoy dishes made with produce from the estate, from an authentic, traditional family kitchen. Thanks to their fertile plain, and depending on the harvest, they'll be able to offer you some fantastic, certified-organic gustatory discoveries. You'll also find an on-site store selling local fruit and vegetables, jams, fruit juices, olives and olive oil.

Isabelle and Érick Mermet welcome you to their farmhouse table, where you can sample their lamb, chicken, rabbit, fruit and vegetables, as well as local and regional recipes: Niçois stuffing, zucchini flower fritters, squash ravioli with walnut sauce, daubes…
Groups welcome, events can be privatized and menus are available on request. Meals are by reservation only.
You’ll also find a store on the Entrevaux farm selling local fruit and vegetables, jams, fruit juices, olives and olive oil.
