For purchase at our farm from 17:00 to 19:30 or by appointment (+33 (0)4 92 83 11 19).
At fairs: at the French-Italian market in Allos at the beginning of July.
In local shops: Boucherie Michel (butcher) in Thorame-Haute.
At co-ops: La Ruche Qui Dit Oui / the Food Assembly (Monaco, Sophia, Nice).
In Pays Gourmand restaurants: Hôtel Pascal.
